Another Anglesey away adventure awaits...

After last week's visit to Amlwch, our latest league fixture this week takes us back across the bridge to Angelsey. On Wednesday 18 August, we travel to Gaerwen for a league match which kicks off at 6.30pm.

So far this month, Gaerwen have played two league matches against sides that we have also encountered this season. On Saturday, they lost 3-1 away to Amlwch Town in a game in which Shaun Morris found the net for them. This came ten days after a Richar Roberts goal secured them a 1-1 draw away to Aberffraw.

Venue information
Gaerwen's home ground is Lon Groes and the postcode is LL60 6DD. Gaerwen club officials have kindly requested that spectators travelling to the game by car do not block the driveways of any residents when parking. In addition, they have asked that spectators do not use the car park of the local community centre as there is an event taking place on the evening of our game.

We have been advised that there will be a field opposite Gaerwen's pitch that will be open for people to use for parking. Furthermore, there is also parking available at the nearby industrial estate where we are told that the majority of businesses close at 5.30pm.

Refreshments and some warm food will be available from the canteen at the ground. We received great support in Amlwch last week - which has been praised by officials of both teams - and it would be fantastic to see more of the same this week in Gaerwen.
