When the meeting has covered the items on the agenda the board will be holding a co-owners’ question and answer session.

Please read the following three points about the AGM

(a) To take part in the AGM you need to be a member for the current season (2024-‘25). Should you wish to renew your memberships you can visit our website.

(b) If you would like to put yourself forward as a candidate for the Election of Board Members (Agenda Item 6) you must do so by 5pm on Sunday 7th July 2024. There are two methods to put yourself forward;

(i) Download a form from our website, fill it in and hand it to a board member;
(ii) Send an email to Bangor1876enquiries@outlook.com

(c) If you are unable to attend the AGM and you would either like to either; (i) offer apologies or, (ii) nominate a proxy to attend and vote on your behalf, please send an email to Bangor1876enquiries@outlook.com by 5pm on Sunday 14th July 2024
